The Spotlight: Terms of Service
This Terms of Service agreement (“Terms”) is entered into between Nancy Hardcastle, owner of Stand Up Be Great (“the Coach”) and the speaker (“the Client”) .
The Client agrees to comply with these Terms and any other applicable legal policies, which are available on the Stand Up Be Great website.

The Client is expected to submit their video prior to 8 a.m. Central time on their scheduled feedback day.
If the Client delivers their video late, the Coach cannot guarantee a completed service within the timeline outlined in clause 3.5.
Scope of Services Delivered by The Coach:
The Coach will deliver a recording with detailed feedback in response to the video that the Client has submitted of the Client delivering their speech.
The Coach will deliver written notes outlining how the Client can improve their speech.
The Coach will include in their response answers to the specific questions that the Client wrote in the onboarding questionnaire.
The recording from the Coach will be at least half of the length of the video the Client has submitted.
The feedback will be delivered by The Coach to the Client by 6pm Central Time on the scheduled feedback day.
Intellectual Property
The Client does not have the right to publish the recording that is delivered by the Coach, in full or in part, on any social media, video-sharing platform, private channel of communication, or website.Additional Legal Documentation & Terms:

The Client may request to reschedule.
Rescheduling can only take place if the Client provides written notice within two business days before the scheduled feedback date.
Rescheduling includes a fee that is equivalent to half of the price of The Spotlight
“The Curtain Call” Package: Rescheduling fee = $125
“The Encore” Package: Rescheduling fee = $200
The Client will be sent a Stripe link to pay for rescheduling. This payment must be completed for a new feedback date to be confirmed and secured.
Force Majure
If the Client needs to reschedule their feedback date due to force majure (e.g., wars, earthquakes and other natural disasters, terrorist attacks, epidemics, and civil unrest), The Client may reschedule without any additional fee, provided that the Client gives written notice to the Coach.Refund Policy:
The only circumstances in which the Client would be provided a refund is if the Coach is unable to provide the service.
The Client will not dispute the charge on their credit card or with their bank for this service if they wish to cancel, even if they communicate their desire to cancel prior to receiving the service, or if they are unable to submit their video by the specified deadline.
